Once again, I've strayed a little and used 'creative' license...
The GORGEOUS mermaid Digi is from All that scraps...
coloured with promarkers...
Papers were all in a B'day gift...
Just added a few pearls,and the sentiment is from CC designs... Amy R Summer Sentiments
