Penny Black week 31 colour scheme

Good Evening!!
Well I think I might just have got this one in at the last minute!!
This is my offering for the Penny Black Saturday challenge.... which this week is a Pink and Brown colour scheme....
I knew I would have to join in on this one as soon as I saw it, pink and brown is my fav colour combination!! I picked out my image and papers last Saturday, and my image was coloured Sunday..... but then things just went wrong, and I had to rush to get them turned into something tonight so I could make the deadline!!!

anyway right at the last hour...heres my card....

My First Ever ATC....

Yesterday I decided I'd have a go at making an ATC...after spotting them on various blogs...and admiring them.
I really can't believe I haven't attempted one before!! and I think I'm actually going to use up all my little scraps of paper that I probably would have struggled to use otherwise...
Although I have to admit, I did struggle with doing things on a 'small scale' ...lord knows how people manage inchies!!!
anyway...heres my first attempt... and my entry for the Tilda and Friends ATC challenge..... which incidentally you don't have to use a Tilda image for now... but I decided I would as they are a fab size...

The theme is New stuff.... and my 'new stuff' is my Basic grey 'sugared' and 'eva' papers.....
Tilda is coloured with promarkers and colouring pencils (again!) and I've added a few doodled bits, and handwritten 'cherish'.....

Sugar Bowl *1* Sketch by Tiets...

Okay sit down...... 3! yes you read it right....3 posts in one day!! I'm determined to fulfill my promise!!
So heres my entry for another challenge.... this time its the brand new sugar bowl challenge... and the sketch by Tiets is Awesome!! It scared the life out of me at first.... but was so lovely to work with....
Heres my take on the sketch......

My second card today.... and my next offering towards my 3 challenges a week....


This one is for the new sketch and stash challenge...set up by the lovely Becky to help us use both our new goodies... and the new stuff thats now become old satinaboxneverused stuff....

Again... my camera is refusing to play nice...so the image is a bit iffy....

Hi all.....
Well its been a while..... Nearly two months since I last posted!!! I really am a rubbish blogger! I've given myself a kick up the backside.... and made a promise to myself to enter at least 3 challenges a week..... so heres my first....
The challenge this week over on Magnolia Vs Stampavie is A fab sketch.... and a Thank you theme....

I have no idea what the problem is with my camera...I'm just completely incapable of getting a clear photo of this....
anyway....I've coloured my Tilda with a mix of pro markers and bog standard colouring pencils for a bit of shading....

Secret Crafter challenge *7* cute as a button

The challenge over at secret crafters this week is 'cute as a button' ...

you have to use a cute image, and use buttons on your card....


I think these Penny Black snowpeople are VERY cute... so thats the cute bit sorted...... but I've only used one button...is that allowed??

I liked the monochromatic look from the card in the previous post, so I used it again for this...

Ran the top half of the card through a cuttlebug embossing folder, and then used stickles around all the embossed bits...

Penny Black week *23* Monochromatic

This week over at the Penny Black Saturday Challenge the theme is monochromatic...
use black and white or different shades of one colour....
as I'm trying to get my christmas cards done .... I went with a christmas card, and chose BLUE
